1868 (30 April). Stampless PROVISIONAL. Monterrey to SLP. EL dep. CDS "Franco / Monterrey" (Sch. 863) + "3" charge on reverse (!), denoting lack of stamps (Franco + charge are contradictory). Very interesting. Displays excellent.
